  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • We do not offer refunds for returned products.

  • However, if you wish to return an item, the value of the returned product will be credited to your Mercury Impex wallet.

  • This wallet balance can be used towards the purchase of any other product on our website.

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, in original condition, and returned within 2 days of delivery.

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
